DAY 1: Transfer from Kutaisi Airport to Kutaisi

DAY 2: Kutaisi - Bagrati - Motsameta - Gelati - Nikortminda - Kutaisi
Our cultural exploration begins in Kutaisi, first visiting the majestic Bagrati Cathedral. From its privileged position on the hill, we will visually dominate the entire city before moving to Motsameta Monastery, dramatically located on a rocky promontory surrounded by the Tskaltsitela River. Nearby, Gelati Academy awaits us, a UNESCO World Heritage complex that guards invaluable frescoes and the history of the Georgian Golden Age. Later, we will venture into the picturesque Racha region to visit Nikortsminda Cathedral, world-renowned for the intricate beauty of its stone reliefs and magnificent decorated interiors.

DAY 3: Kutaisi - Sataplia - Prometheus Cave - Kutaisi
Today we will dedicate the day to discovering the geological and prehistoric treasures of Imereti. We will begin at Sataplia Nature Reserve, a fascinating place where we will walk alongside authentic dinosaur footprints from the Cretaceous period. In addition to its karst cave, we will climb to the famous glass observation deck, offering vertiginous panoramic views of Kutaisi and the surrounding mountains. We will continue our speleological adventure at Prometheus Cave, one of the largest underground systems in Georgia. We will marvel at the artistic lighting of its rock formations and, if conditions permit, sail by boat through the river flowing in its depths.

DAY 4: Kutaisi - Okatse - Martvili - Kutaisi
We will begin the day immersing ourselves in the spectacular geography of Imereti with a visit to Okatse Canyon. We will feel the excitement and adrenaline walking along its 700-meter suspended pedestrian walkway, a unique structure offering impressive panoramic views of the ravine and surrounding wild nature. Next, we will head to Martvili Canyon, famous for the serenity and emerald color of its waters. If water levels permit, we will enjoy a boat ride sailing silently between high rock walls and refreshing waterfalls, as well as walking its paths surrounded by lush subtropical vegetation.
