DAY 2: Kutaisi - Bagrati - Gelati - Prometheus - Tbilisi

We will begin our day in Kutaisi climbing Ukimerioni hill to visit the imposing Bagrati Cathedral, a medieval masterpiece offering panoramic views of the city. We will continue our journey through time at the nearby Gelati Academy, a monastic complex declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its impressive frescoes and educational legacy. We will then head to the spectacular Prometheus Cave, an underground labyrinth of stalactites and stalagmites where, if water conditions are favorable, we will enjoy a boat ride through its hidden river. Before leaving the city, we will immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Kutaisi Agricultural Market. Finally, we will travel to Tbilisi.

DAY 3: Tbilisi - Guided Tour

We will begin our cultural immersion on the vibrant Rustaveli Avenue, the beating heart of Tbilisi. We will admire architectural gems such as the imposing Parliament and the neo-Moorish Opera Theater. We will descend to the ancient capital, Mtskheta, to visit the grand Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the sacred heart of Georgia. We will continue north along the scenic Georgian Military Highway to reach Kazbegi. The highlight will be the ascent to the Gergeti Trinity Church, facing the imposing peak of Mount Kazbek. We will end in Gudauri for the night.
